One Meal Can Make A Difference

Have you ever thought about how many people have had heart attacks after eating the wrong foods at one meal?

If you have high blood pressure or other health challenges you can't afford to eat a slab of ribs or steak this holiday. Try eating chicken or fish instead. Include a fresh green salad, a little potato salad, green ice tea and a slice of apple or other fruit pie. Have a good time with your family but don't kill yourself in the process. This is also directed toward anyone that maybe a diabetic. Add some Cinnamon to your ice tea to help your blood sugar and don't use white sugar as a sweetener, use agave or stevia instead. Have you ever tried drinking unsweetened ice tea? I hope I didn't make anyone mad making that suggestion, try it. You may appreciate the true taste of the tea. Don't skip on the water and please leave the soda alone. Make sure you stay hydrated. Whatever you do don't skip breakfast thinking you're saving calories for your big dinner. You will probably end up eating more later because your body is hungry. Let's enjoy this weekend and feel good doing it!  Remember, one meal can make a difference.
