Are You Drinking Too Many Calories?

Have you thought about how many calories we consume from drinking soda, sweet tea and too many juices?  If we reduce the sugar intake from beverages we can control some of our weight.  Let's start reading the labels of all that we consume. We need to be informed as much as we can about what we put in our bodies, which The Bible refers to as "Our Temples". Let's do an experiment for those of you that are willing.....stop drinking soda and sweet tea for the next seven days and let me know if you drop a pound and or feel less bloated? Try drinking water with lemon, apple or peach slices or drink herbal tea.  Who is willing?

  1. I have never tried the apple or peach slices. I will definitely give that a try. The lemon no a flavor I enjoy.
